Rental Info
Please contact Steve Cochern of Lotus Advisors for current rental pricing. A one year lease is required and we don't do any short term leases. We do have a no dog or cat policy and expect all residents to live quietly, respecting their neighbors. We take chronic noise problems very seriously and will not hesitate to do whatever is necessary to alleviate any offenses of this nature. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the townhouses.
Trash collection is done by the City of Columbus at no extra charge since it's paid for by our taxes at this time. Residents are responsible for gas, electric, phone and cable. Due to rapidly increasing water and sewer bills, there is a monthly charge of $30 per adult occupant and $15 per child aged 12 or younger.
